We have an in-house tailor who can alter your custom suit contingent on the precise measurements we request from you. For out of state/country clients this may involve you visiting your local tailor or seamstress for a correct measurement.

After purchasing a suit it will take approxiamately 5-7 business days to be customized. Once this process is complete, shipping time will be based on the courier selected at checkout.

Here at V12 we try our absolute best to provide you with our top of the line experience. If you are not satisfied with the product and customization you have chosen we will review on a case by case analysis to determine if we are able to accept the item back.
